Step 4: Ship the Return Using USPS or Canada Post

All returns must be shipped using USPS or Canada Post.

Step 5: Complete the Customs Form Correctly

On the customs declaration, the item must be marked as:

  • defective return

  • $1.00 cash value

This wording is required for customs purposes on returned items. If you are unsure how to complete the customs form, please contact us before shipping your return.

Returns that do not follow these instructions may be refused.

Step 6: Refund Review

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed if the return meets the policy conditions.

Return Shipping Instructions

Please read these instructions carefully before shipping your return.

All returns must be sent using USPS or Canada Post. On the customs declaration, the item must be listed as a defective return with a $1.00 cash value.

We are required to pay tax on any declared value when returned items are collected from the post office. Because these items were already taxed when originally imported, we cannot accept returns that show a declared value above $1.00.

Returns that do not follow these instructions may be refused.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The return must be requested within 60 days of the invoice date

  • The original sales receipt must be included

  • The part must be returned in the original condition

  • Return authorization must be approved before shipping the item back

Once the part is received and confirmed to be in acceptable condition, the refund will be issued.

If you need the correct part, you can place a new order whenever you are ready.

Refund Information

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please allow time for the refund to appear based on your payment provider after processing is completed.

To avoid delays, make sure your return follows all instructions and meets all return conditions.
